  • How To Use

    Vaginal steaming directs herb-infused steam into your vagina.

    Boil 4-6 cups of filtered water

    Reduce heat to a simmer, add herb pack, simmer herb pack for 10 minutes with lid on. 

    Remove pot from heat, cover and let it sit for two minutes.

    Pour your steaming herbs on Yoni Steam Bowl or the the Yoni Steam Sacred Throne or even a sitz bath

    Remove your clothes from the waist down.

    Wrap a towel around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping.

    The average steam session should last between 20 to 40  minutes. Depending on how hot the water is, the steam may cool sooner.


    Please be careful not to burn yourself. Make sure the steam temperature is comfortable for by waving your hand over it.

    The steam should feel warm, comfortable and relaxing ,if you are uncomfortable it might be too hot ,give it a couple of minutes to cool down.

    Steaming for alleviation of menstrual pains,cramps and bloating is recommended to be done 1-3 times per week before and after your menses.

    Steaming for maintenance can be done once every week.

    To boost fertility it is recommended that you steam 3 times per week before ovulating.
